Our return window

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in original packaging.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original condition. Please choose carefully.

What can be returned

Items are eligible for return if they meet all of the following:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Not marked as final sale or part of a promotional offer excluding returns

Not eligible for return

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final sale or promotional items
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window
  • Gift cards

 

How to lodge a return

  1. Email us at sjointimates@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship your item back to us using a trackable method — return postage is at the customer's cost
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your store credit or refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds & store credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit by default. If you would prefer a refund to your original payment method, please let us know in your return email and we will do our best to accommodate.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please lodge a return and place a new order. Store credit can be applied at checkout.
